Mission Statement

We are The J Atterby Fields Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Los Angeles, dedicated to connecting and enriching lives. We support children and families in lower-income communities by collaborating with community partners to provide programs and resources that promote fitness, healthier lifestyles, and address health disparities and social determinants of health.

Description

We promote mental, physical, and financial fitness through our Kinect and Enrich programs, which are designed to strengthen and support families. These programs, developed and funded by our organization, offer workshops, resources, and services aimed at improving health, wellness, fitness, and financial literacy for children and families. By providing practical life skills, we empower individuals of all ages and backgrounds to achieve personal growth and development. Our consistent efforts have made a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families in lower-income areas of South Los Angeles. Through our B.L.U.E. project initiative we will continue to address health disparities while creating sustainable communities.
