Key Responsibilities:

1. Grant Research:
• Identify potential funding sources, including foundations, government grants, and corporate sponsors, that align with our organization's mission and programs.
• Conduct thorough research on grant opportunities, ensuring a deep understanding of each funder's requirements, priorities, and timelines.
2. Proposal Writing:
• Develop compelling, well-researched grant proposals that clearly articulate our organization’s mission, goals, and funding needs.
• Tailor each proposal to meet the specific requirements and objectives of the funding entity, demonstrating how our programs align with their priorities.
• Work closely with program teams to gather the necessary information, including project goals, budget needs, outcomes, and sustainability plans.
3. Budget Development:
• Collaborate with financial staff and program managers to develop accurate and realistic budgets that reflect the scope and needs of each project.
• Ensure compliance with each funder’s financial reporting requirements and guidelines.
