We are seeking a passionate volunteer consultant to assist in developing a comprehensive toolkit aimed at equipping religious leaders with the knowledge and tools needed to promote gender justice within faith communities. This toolkit will support the creation of gender-inclusive religious environments

Responsibilities:

  • Develop educational modules on gender theology and human rights.
  • Create practical tools for faith leaders to integrate gender inclusivity within their communities.
  • Draft advocacy guides, including sermon templates, for promoting gender justice.
  • Design self-assessment tools and case studies.
  • Support the establishment of the Faithful Voices network.
  • Participate in team meetings and workshops for input on toolkit structure and content.

Qualifications:

Background in theology, gender studies, human rights, or a related field.

Strong understanding of religious teachings and gender justice.

Experience in toolkit development or training material design.

Excellent writing and communication skills.

Commitment to gender equality and human rights.
