ORGANIZATION: SHE BECAME INC

The Graphic Designer will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of She Became by creating engaging and impactful designs that resonate with our audience. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the Director of Marketing and the Social Media Coordinator to design digital and print materials that promote She Became’s programs, events, and mission. This includes designing social media graphics, promotional flyers, newsletters, merch, and other materials that ensure consistent branding across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Graphic Design: Create visually appealing designs for digital and print materials, including social media posts, newsletters, flyers, event invitations, and promotional content.

  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are aligned with She Became’s branding guidelines, maintaining consistency in style, fonts, and colors across all platforms.

  • Social Media Graphics: Collaborate with the Social Media Coordinator to design graphics for posts and campaigns, ensuring high engagement and alignment with She Became’s mission.

  • Event Promotion: Design promotional materials for fundraising events, mentorship programs, and special initiatives, including digital flyers, banners, and posters.

  • Collaborative Projects: Work with the Director of Marketing, Communications Coordinator, and Social Media Coordinator to create cohesive and strategic marketing visuals.

  • Creative Input: Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall visual strategy of the organization.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing experience in digital and print design.

  • Ability to create engaging designs that resonate with diverse audiences and reflect She Became’s mission and values.

  • Excellent attention to detail and creativity in producing eye-catching visuals.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a volunteer-based environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with nonprofit organizations or volunteer-driven projects.

  • Familiarity with designing for social media platforms, email marketing, and websites.

  • Knowledge of basic video editing and animation is a plus.
