The American Cancer Society Hope Lodge provides cancer patients a free place to stay while traveling for cancer treatment so people can focus on getting better. The lodge offers guest rooms with communal kitchen, dining, and laundry areas.

Individual volunteers and groups are needed at the lodge to help provide the best experience for the people with cancer and the caregivers.

Shuttle Driver - volunteer drives guests to and from the Hope Lodge facility to cancer-related treatment appointments using a shuttle vehicle, Chevy Bolt. Volunteers may also drive guests for scheduled grocery/necessity runs.

2 Shifts

  • 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST - Spots available: 9
    Shifts are usually 3-4 hours. Mon - Fri. We can work with your schedule.
  • 12:00 PM to 04:00 PM EST - Spots available: 7
    Shifts are usually 3-4 hours. Mon - Thur. We can work with your schedule.
