Volunteer at HeartShare St. Vincent's Annual Benefit to celebrate the people we serve and support our mission! Join us for an evening of incredible stories, honorees, food, and celebration all while making a difference.

HeartShare St. Vincent's Services has been a symbol of hope, compassion, and strength for the vulnerable, under-resourced and underestimated communities across New York City. Each year we provide a continuum of service and support to over 6,000 children, youth, and families dealing with trauma related to family separation, poverty and mental illness.

You can help make a difference by helping us make the event a special celebration!

Volunteer Assignments include:

Set-up and Check-in (5 PM - 7 PM): Volunteers will be checking guests in via the GiveSmart platform (tutorial will be given before the event begins) and using either a tablet or a smartphone.

Silent Auction Assistance (6:30 PM - 9:30 PM): Volunteers are needed to assist guests who may need help bidding on items on the silent auction.

Paddle Raise and Live Auction (7:30 PM - 7:50 PM): Volunteers are needed to help during the paddle raise and live auction part of the evening. Volunteers need to point out bidder numbers to the auctioneer (302, 108, etc.) so we can keep track of donors and have a proper record of donations. This is the most active portion of the evening, and all your help is needed.

Check-Out (9:30 PM - 10 PM): At the end of the night, guests will be sent a text, informing winners of the silent auction and requesting payment. Most guests will make payment through their phones, but some may need assistance with checking out/payment.

All volunteers will be provided dinner!
