Commitment: Part-Time Volunteer Position (10-15 hours per week)

Role Overview: The Jehovah Jireh Community Development Center Inc. (JJ Center Inc.) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to assist our CEO with daily administrative tasks. The primary focus will be on managing the CEO’s calendar and appointments, ensuring smooth communication, and helping to prioritize tasks. This role is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to gain experience in nonprofit executive support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Schedule and manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinating meetings and appointments

* Send reminders for upcoming meetings and follow up as needed

* Prioritize tasks and assist the CEO in organizing key activities

* Help with email management and other administrative duties to keep operations running smoothly

* Communicate effectively with internal team members and external contacts

Qualifications:

* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

* Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Google Calendar.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Prior experience in an administrative role or support function is a bonus but not required

* Must have access to a computer and internet.
