you will play a crucial role in supporting our non-profit dog rescue by efficiently managing donations and supplies. This virtual position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a passion for animal welfare.

Responsibilities:

• Donation Management:
  • Coordinate and manage incoming donations of various items including food, toys, general supplies, and monetary contributions.
  • Track and maintain accurate records of all donations received.
  • Respond to donor inquiries and express gratitude for their generosity.
• Supply Coordination:
  • Identify and source necessary supplies for the rescue, such as, cleaning supplies, and dog food.
  • Negotiate with vendors to obtain the best prices and terms.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are always available.
• Data Entry and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all donations, supplies, and volunteer activities.
• Fundraising Support:
  • Assist with fundraising efforts by identifying potential donors and promoting the rescue's mission.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for animal welfare and a commitment to the rescue's mission.
• Experience in a non-profit or volunteer organization is preferred but not required.
