The Project Lead position in the Youth Empowerment Program (YEP) is a leadership role where you will guide a small team of youth in identifying and solving community-based problems. You’ll propose and execute a project for the 2024-2025 term, fostering collaboration, critical thinking, and innovation within the group. As a Project Lead, you’ll be responsible for overseeing planning, delegating tasks, and ensuring the successful completion of the project, while gaining valuable leadership and project management experience.
