Do you want to support parents who are overcoming challenges and risk factors, helping them build stronger families and brighter futures? Coastal Family Partners, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is looking for passionate, driven individuals to join our Board of Directors and play an active role in shaping our next phase of growth.

About Us
Founded in 2020, Coastal Family Partners is committed to improving the well-being and school readiness of children aged 0-5 by supporting their families. We understand that parents face a variety of hardships, from economic stress to mental health struggles, and we’re here to help them thrive. Through education, innovative technology, case management, and referrals, we provide the tools they need to overcome these challenges and create healthier family environments.

What We’re Looking For
We are looking for dynamic individuals-professionals, graduate-level students, or community members-who are passionate about child, youth, and family services. Whether you have skills in social/human services, education, finance/accounting, or fundraising, or just a desire to make a meaningful difference, we invite you to bring your energy and ideas to our board.

Diversity of thought and experience is at the core of our mission, and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds to apply.

How We Support Our Board Members
All board members are covered through directors and officers insurance, ensuring your role is protected. In addition, we provide comprehensive training to help you fulfill your governance responsibilities and make a meaningful contribution to the organization.
