The Forbes House Museum Board of Trustees is seeking an individual with financial and accounting expertise to serve as Treasurer and be part of our board executive team. We've just started a capital campaign and are looking for the right candidate to help us chart our future.
The museum board is entrusted with supporting and advancing the museum’s mission. To do that effectively, trustees fulfill many roles. Board members provide legal, financial and ethical oversight. They represent the museum in the community, raise funds, set strategy, work closely with the executive director, and consistently serve in the best interests of the long-term vitality of the organization.
