**Role Overview:**
The Grant Writing Volunteer will play a crucial role in researching, drafting, and submitting grant applications to secure funding for the "Roots to Wings" initiative. This role requires strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate the mission and impact of the initiative effectively to potential funders.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Research potential grant opportunities from foundations, government agencies, and corporate sponsors that align with the mission of "Roots to Wings."
- Write and edit grant proposals, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and adherence to the funder's guidelines.

**Time Commitment:**

**Skills/Qualifications:**

- Experience in grant writing is preferred, but not required for volunteers with strong research and writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team.
