We are seeking an innovative AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of state-of-the-art machine learning models that power our surveillance search engine.

Objectives of this Role:

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and deep learning applications that enhance Skyeyez LLC’s AI-powered surveillance platform.
• Solve complex problems involving large, multilayered data sets, optimizing machine learning models and frameworks to ensure high efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and analysts to integrate machine learning models into production systems and enhance overall system performance.
• Identify and address potential issues in data distribution that could affect real-world model performance, ensuring robustness and reliability.
• Continuously improve and update models to generate accurate crime predictions and user recommendations.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI/ML technology, bringing innovative solutions to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and transform data science prototypes, applying appropriate machine learning algorithms and tools to solve complex security-related challenges.
• Conduct rigorous machine learning tests and experiments, meticulously documenting results and refining models for optimal performance.
• Train, retrain, and monitor machine learning systems and models as necessary to maintain and improve system accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines that efficiently feed data into machine learning models, ensuring seamless operation and scalability.
• Work with management to clearly define and refine AI/ML objectives, aligning technical development with business goals.
• Extend and enhance existing machine learning libraries and frameworks to push the boundaries of what our technology can achieve.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a deep understanding of probability, statistics, and algorithm design.
• Strong proficiency in machine learning/computer vision frameworks such as Keras, OpenCV TensorFlow, or PyTorch, and familiarity with NLP techniques.
• Extensive experience with data structures, data modeling, and software architecture, particularly in the context of large-scale AI systems.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest AI/ML trends and technologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with experience in AI/ML model
• Good in Prompt engineering(RAG, Agentic Systems, Vector Database, Semantic search etc..)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a machine learning engineer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of relevant projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Innovative mindset, with a passion for leveraging AI/ML to solve complex real-world problems.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, mathematics, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
