Volunteer Opportunities: Charity Golf Tournament

Join us in making a difference!

We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help make our Charity Golf Tournament a success.

We need passionate volunteers to help with both the tournament day

and the essential Pre-tournament preparations.

Whether you can commit to one day or a few weeks, your support is invaluable to our cause!

We have a variety of roles for you to choose from. No prior experience is required,

Just a positive attitude and a passion for giving back!

1. Registration Desk Attendant- Assist in greeting and checking in golfers and guests.

2. Hole Spotter / Marshall- Monitor specific holes during the tournament to ensure fair play

3. Beverage Cart Attendant- Drive or assist with beverage carts,

4. Contest Coordinator- Manage various on-course contests

5. Silent Auction / Raffle Volunteer- Assist with setting up, organizing, and managing the raffle table.

6. Photography / Videography Volunteer- Capture memorable moments throughout the day.

7. Scorekeeper- Help collect and verify player scores at the end of the tournament.

8. Set-Up / Breakdown Crew- Assist with setting up and tearing down tournament materials

9. VIP / Player Hospitality Attendant- Make our VIPs, sponsors, and players feel welcome.

10. Driving Range Assistant- Ensure the driving range is organized and ready for players to practice

11. Prize Distribution- Assist in distributing prizes to winners at the awards ceremony.

12. Floater- Be flexible and ready to assist wherever needed throughout the day.

Pre-Tournament & Promotion Volunteer Positions:

1. Marketing & Social Media Volunteer- Promote the tournament, manage our social media online.

2. Flyer/Brochure Distribution- Assist in distributing promotional flyers, brochures, and posters.

3. Sponsorship Outreach Coordinator- Reach out to and register potential sponsors.

4. Donation / In-Kind Gift Solicitor- Soliciting donations of goods, services, or gift cards for the raffle.

5. Volunteer Recruitment Coordinator- Help recruit volunteers thru local organizations, schools, etc.

6. Pre-Tournament Event Planner- Assist in planning and coordinating any pre-tournament events.

7. Administrative Support- Help with tasks such as emails, managing databases, participant lists, etc.

8. Raffle Item Coordinator (Pre-Tournament)- Organize the collection, and inventory of raffle items.

9. Course Set-Up Organizer (Pre-Tournament)- Assist with the signage, banners, sponsor tents, etc.

10. Player Registration Support (Pre-Tournament)- Assist with registrations and organize goody bags.
