Circle Urban Ministries' is a Community Outreach organization in Chicago's Austin Community since 1974. Through our core values of Serve First, Welcoming, Optimistic, Faith Based, and Family we adhere to our mission to Empower Communities and Transform Lives. Currently we are seeking individuals who are looking to make a difference, surround themselves with driven and caring people to volunteer in our Food Pantry. Our Food Pantry is small, but mighty, serving approximately 700-900 people a month. The ideal volunteer for this need could be someone looking to be more helpful in the Austin Community, someone who may enjoy a light work out and get more movement in their day, individuals looking to complete community service hours, or someone overall looking for a better way to spend their free time. No matter your ability, there is something for everyone!
Schedule (please note: a choice of any of those days/times would be welcomed)
Every 1st, 3rd, & 4th Mondays of the month from 9am-12pm
Every Wednesday from 8:30am-11:30am
Every Thursday from 12:30pm-3:30pm
