We are seeking an experienced and organized volunteer Project Manager to help lead the planning and execution of a life-changing swim retreat for Black women overcoming aquaphobia.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and deadlines.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments to ensure successful delivery.
Organize meetings, provide updates, and ensure clear communication across all teams.
Collaborate on fundraising and sponsor engagement activities.
Requirements:
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Passion for supporting Black women and promoting wellness and confidence in aquatic spaces.

We are a group of tech and design professionals across various industries who aim to use our expertise to solve social issues.
Our current project involves tackling swim disparity and closing the swim equity gap through awareness, collaboration with related brands, and sponsoring programs.
One program that we are currently sponsoring is a swim retreat for Women of Color aged 55+ who are non-swimmers.
