Proceeds from the Resale Shop directly benefit Hospice & Community Care patients and their families. We need reliable people who love to help. Shifts are 3-4 hours between 10 - 5 on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Saturday and a working at least once a week works best. Volunteers receive a nice store discount!
Hospice & Community Care continues to be the only independent, nonprofit, community-centered hospice based in our service area. Hospice & Community Care was founded in Rock Hill in the early 1980’s to bring the Hospice concept of compassionate caring to the people of York County and the surrounding communities.
Over the years we have helped thousands of terminally ill people live their final months in a comfortable, caring atmosphere. We are a non-profit agency, which means that we are driven by our mission of caring for our community and community members are stakeholders in our organization.
All of our revenue goes directly toward helping patients, their families and our community at large. Hospice & Community Care services are available to people of all ages, religion or race and provided regardless of their ability to pay.
