ORGANIZATION: FAMILY FORUM INC

Are you passionate about the next generation? Do you believe in making the world a better place for tomorrow by breaking the poverty cycle? If so, we need you to join our Governing Board to be a voice for our unique communities! Help us offer the best services to children and families in Douglas, Ashland, Bayfield, Price and Iron counties of Wisconsin.

Governing Board Members:

  • Set program direction
  • Excercise legal and fiscal oversight
  • Create a balanced representation of voices

What Meetings Look Like:

  • Meetings are on the 3rd Monday of every month
  • Duration lasts between 1.5 hours to 3 hours
  • Format is mostly virtual, but includes the occasional in-person meeting
  • Timing is consistent based on everyone's availability

Potential members must be located within one of the five counties we serve. Our administrative offices are located in Superior and Ashland, WI. In-person meeting may be scheduled anywhere within the counties we serve based on accessbility for all members.

Family Forum, Inc. is a grantee of the Head Start and Early Head Start programs serving five counties in northwestern Wisconsin: Douglas, Ashland, Bayfield, Price and Iron counties. We are a five star rated program dedicated to helping children and their families in break the poverty cycle by empowering them through knowledge and support.
