Developing and implementing fundraising strategies. Maintaining relationships with foundations, private and corporate donors. Monitoring grant programs and analyzing grant documentation. Preparing grant applications and concept notes. Searching for, developing and applying new formats and tools for fundraising. Collaborating with the communications department (PR and SMM). We consider it important: Experience in resource mobilization for NGOs; Experience in writing grant applications; Good written proficiency in languages (English and/or German). We really need a fundraiser. Currently, the budget for this position is (almost) non-existent, but we are ready to make every effort to ensure you stay with us if necessary. The organisation was created by experts with many years of experience in activism, founding NGOs and advocating for human rights. Queers who fled Ukraine because of the war, consultants and simply good people. We are happy to inspire one another and to help others.
