Lily Hospice actively cares for patients living with dementia. If you have skills and/or interest in working with this population, we would love to talk with you about joining or volunteer team. Our volunteers provide comfort and support through companionship, finding meaning in every moment. We provide full training and support.
At Lily Hospice, we care for patients in the comfort of their home. For some, home might be a private residence, while others might reside in an assisted living or nursing home/health center. Visitors are needed throughout the Brookfield area.

Founded in 2022, Lily Home and Hospice is a family owned and operated health care agency dedicated to providing excellence in end of life care. Our team, comprised of over 50 years of combined hospice experience, includes our medical director, registered hospice nurses, certified nursing assistants, chaplains, social workers, massage therapists, music therapists and volunteers all coming together to carry out the Lily mission in the care of our patients.
Lily Hospice has two offices in Cedarburg & Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
