The Volunteer Coordinator Member will play an essential role in managing and supporting Precious Pairs' volunteer network. This position is responsible for recruiting, training, and retaining volunteers who align with the organization’s goals. The coordinator will also ensure volunteers have a meaningful and productive experience during their involvement with Precious Pairs.

• Volunteer Recruitment: Identify and recruit potential volunteers for various programs within Precious Pairs.
• Training and Onboarding: Organize training sessions and onboarding processes to ensure new volunteers understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Volunteer Engagement: Maintain regular communication with volunteers, offering support and encouragement, ensuring they remain engaged and committed.
• Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate volunteer schedules to match program needs and oversee the delegation of tasks to ensure efficiency.
• Reporting and Feedback: Monitor volunteer performance and gather feedback to improve the volunteer experience.
• Event Support: Assist in organizing virtual and in-person events that involve volunteers, ensuring smooth operations and proper volunteer management.
