At New Life Serenity Center, we believe that empowering women can transform communities. We are currently seeking a dedicated, reliable, and consistent Member Intake Manager. We aim to develop a core program that meets women where they are and provides them with concrete tools for future success. This is a flexible, unpaid position requiring 5-10 hours per week, where you'll collaborate closely with our Member Experience team to create lasting change.

Your Impactful Role:

As the Member Intake Manager, you will be the first point of contact for prospective members who are hungry for their own success. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling and facilitating interviews with prospective members.

• Assessing their fit for the organization and proposing suitable programs for members.

• Onboarding qualified members into our programs.

• Data acquisition and entry to maintain our CRM systems.

• Serving as the first Member connection to NLSC, ensuring a welcome experience before introducing them to Member Success Manager

• Collecting feedback and testimonials from our members to help us continually improve our programs.

Role Requirements:

• Availability during EST office hours

• Willingness to participate in occasional weekend team meetings

• Experience with MS Office Suite and CRM systems, or a strong willingness to learn

• A high level of confidentiality and empathy

• Familiarity with the 12-step program

• A background in social work or case management is preferred
