Event Overview:
The PA Black Health Matters Conference, now in its fifth year, is an annual event dedicated to addressing health disparities in the African American community across Pennsylvania. Organized by the Community Hero Action Group, this event includes both an educational conference and a community health festival. The conference provides important information about public health, mental wellness, chronic diseases, and preventive care, while the festival is a vibrant, interactive event featuring health screenings, local vendors, wellness activities, and resources for community members of all ages.
This year’s event promises to be impactful, offering opportunities to learn, engage, and empower the community in their health and well-being.
