As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced HR Manager to build and manage our human resources strategy, focusing on recruitment, employee engagement, and overall organizational culture.

Position Overview: The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role requires a strategic and hands-on approach, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the HR department, from talent acquisition to employee relations. The HR Manager will be a key player in shaping the company culture, ensuring that our team remains engaged, motivated, and aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment efforts to identify, attract, and hire top talent for various roles, including technical, creative, and administrative positions.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote a positive company culture.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and team engagement initiatives.
• Ensure legal compliance in all HR processes, including employment contracts, benefits administration, and workplace policies.
• Oversee onboarding and training processes to ensure new employees are well integrated into the company.
• Coordinate with department heads to anticipate and meet staffing needs.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and equitable offerings.
• Develop and maintain employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Foster an inclusive and positive work environment by promoting diversity and work-life balance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (PHR, SHRM) preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and managing employee lifecycle processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in HR software (HRIS) and MS Office tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a startup environment.
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies or tech companies.
• Proven ability to foster a collaborative, inclusive work culture.
