Position Overview: The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing social media accounts, ensuring engaging interactions with followers, and expanding our brand reach across multiple platforms. This role will involve developing creative content, posting regularly, and monitoring performance to ensure our social media strategy aligns with the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimize social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Develop and schedule engaging posts, including images, videos, and graphics, that align with our brand voice.
• Monitor social media channels for engagement, respond to comments and messages, and interact with the audience to build relationships.
• Increase brand visibility and reach by implementing social media strategies to attract new followers.
• Conduct regular analysis of social media performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve content.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing posts that capture audience attention.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their features.
• Ability to create attractive, engaging content, including copy, images, and videos.
• Experience in increasing social media reach and engagement through organic and paid strategies.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track performance and optimize posts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and engage with followers.
• Creativity and attention to detail in crafting posts and responses.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar.
• Experience with social media scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later.
• Knowledge of SEO and how social media contributes to search rankings.
