Position Overview:
The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of AI/ML products, ensuring they meet business goals and customer needs. This role is initially a 3-month volunteer opportunity, with potential for full-time conversion based on performance, offering a competitive hourly rate of $30. Both part time(25Hrs/wk) and full-time(40hrs/wk) job seekers can apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead product development from ideation to launch for AI/ML-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product features and prioritize them based on customer needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in AI/ML.
  • Manage the product roadmap and ensure the timely delivery of key milestones.
  • Utilize tools such as MS Project, ClickUp, Jira, Monday, or Excel to manage project timelines and tasks effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Project Management, PMP/PMI certification preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager in the IT sector, with a focus on AI/ML preferred.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their applications.
  • Proficiency with one or more project management tools: MS Project, ClickUp, Jira, Monday, or Excel.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience managing AI/ML products.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends in AI-driven solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
