There are a billion people who live on less a day than the cost of a cup of coffee. With your help - we can change this by creating income in land restoration and carbon capture and thus have a huge impact on climate at the same time!

Greenstand is a fully remote social non-profit organization turning environmental stewardship into a reliable source of income. Our work tackles both extreme poverty and climate change. Our main product is the Greenstand Token, which comes from a mobile app that allows planting organizations and their donors to track the growth of newly planted trees through periodic geotagged photos. Opportunity Requirements:

You need to be have an excellent command of the English language.
Passion and a desire to learn
A desire to have a huge impact on the planet and the poorest populations here
Be organized, articulate, and a team player
A knowledge or desire to learn how to write grants

Be able to take ownership, prioritize tasks and submit a grant by the deadline.

Position Description

RESPONSIBILITY

This role is designed for someone who wants to write a grant from start to finish.

It requires assembling the data and accurately telling the Greenstand story in a succinct and clear manner.

Required tasks

1. Writing the grant from start to finish.

2. Communicating any issues that arise.

3. Finding answers to your questions

4. Communicating with the documentation lead when answers are not easy to find.

5. Writing the answers to questions

6. Must be able to find and follow Greenstand’s communications guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:

• Be able to finish what you started in a timely manner

• Have mastery of the english language

• Must be able to work independently or in a team environment.

• Must be able to collaborate asynchronously with others.
