Volunteers needed to support Colorado's biggest night for conservation!
Butterfly Ball is our biggest fundraiser of the year! This year's event is showcasing our projects in places like Tanzania, Mongolia and Sumatra and many other locations around the globe.
At Butterfly Ball, we will have the Monarch Menagerie filled with 400 live monarch butterflies, a champagne welcome, cocktail reception, live entertainment, wine pull, and silent and live auctions.
We need all the help we can get to pull this great event off!
This event includes multiple different oppertunities for volunteers-
- Set-up (Highest Need!) :
- Time: 11AM - 3:30PM. Dress: Casual Clothes.
- We will meet at the Omni Interlocken Hotel at 11:00am to unload a truck full of Butterfly Pavilion goodies. We will then set up signage, exhibits, showcases, and our silent auction tables.
- After the event:
- Time: 9:00-11pm. Dress: Casual Clothes
- After the entertainment needs, volunteers are needed to assist guests with checking-out and receiving their auction winnings. After the guests leave, we will need to break down everything that was set-up and pack it into a truck to return to Butterfly Pavilion.
