ORGANIZATION: KILLER WHALE TALES

Killer Whale Tales is looking for a new secretary!

Responsabilities:

  • Atteend all board meetings
  • Servce on thee Executive Committee
  • Assumee responsibilities of the chair in thee absence of the board chair
  • Assist the board chair craft effective agendas, schedule meetings, and dispense meeting materials
  • Keeps a record of meeting minutes
  • Maintain board governanace documents

Additional Requirements:

  • Candidates for this role need to be detail-oriented and have accounting acumen
  • Experience with Quickbooks is a plus
  • This is an unpaid position on an all-volunteer working board of directors
  • Minimum 2-year term
  • Although the position can be done remotely, we do ask that canidates be located in the United States.
