Killer Whale Tales is looking for a new secretary!
Responsabilities:
- Atteend all board meetings
- Servce on thee Executive Committee
- Assumee responsibilities of the chair in thee absence of the board chair
- Assist the board chair craft effective agendas, schedule meetings, and dispense meeting materials
- Keeps a record of meeting minutes
- Maintain board governanace documents
Additional Requirements:
- Candidates for this role need to be detail-oriented and have accounting acumen
- Experience with Quickbooks is a plus
- This is an unpaid position on an all-volunteer working board of directors
- Minimum 2-year term
- Although the position can be done remotely, we do ask that canidates be located in the United States.
