Wilderness Patrol Winter Volunteer. Assist the Wilderness office with Nordic operations at the Badger Pass Ranger Station in Yosemite National Park. Volunteers will provide wilderness education through issuing overnight permits, answering questions, conducting Nordic ski patrols, assisting with snow surveys, and providing support to other projects in the Wilderness as time allows. Other tasks may include breaking trail, operating a snowmobile, replacing signs, repairing gear, and shoveling. Assist overall Badger Pass Ski Area patrol staff as needed to include emergency operations (at the direction of qualified staff
