Economic Development Trainer

Stop Child Abuse (SCA) is seeking enthusiastic volunteers to join our team as Economic Development Trainers in Kenya. We are committed to empowering vulnerable communities, particularly refugees, through sustainable economic growth and development initiatives.

As an Economic Development Trainer, you will play a crucial role in equipping community members with the skills and knowledge necessary to improve their livelihoods and achieve financial independence. Your expertise will help us create training programs that focus on entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and skills development tailored to the unique needs of our communities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training sessions on economic development topics, including business skills, budgeting, and resource management.
- Collaborate with local organizations and stakeholders to identify community needs and opportunities for economic growth.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to participants to ensure the successful implementation of their initiatives.

Our mission is to advocate for the protection of children's rights and ensure that every child has the opportunity to thrive. We believe every child deserves a safe, loving, and nurturing environment where they can grow and develop without fear or harm. Our primary focus is to raise awareness about the various forms of child abuse, including physical, emotional, and sexual abuse, as well as neglect. We strive to educate communities about the signs of abuse and the importance of reporting and preventing it. Our outreach programs aim to empower children, families, and communities with the knowledge and resources they need to protect themselves and each other.

Stop Child Abuse (SCA) is a nonprofit organization committed to advocating for the rights and well-being of children at risk of abuse and neglect. Founded in 2016, SCA emerged from a deep concern for the growing incidence of child abuse in our communities.

Since our inception, SCA has evolved into a leading voice for child protection. We began with grassroots efforts to raise awareness and have since expanded our reach through partnerships with local organizations, schools, and government agencies.
