ORGANIZATION: United Way of the CSRA

The Volunteer VITA Site Administrator plays a critical role in the success of the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program. This individual is responsible for managing the daily operations of a VITA tax preparation site, ensuring that the site runs smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with IRS guidelines. The Site Administrator works closely with volunteers, clients, and the VITA Program Coordinator to deliver high-quality tax preperation services to low-moderate-income individuals and families. The time commitment is 10-15 hours of training during November-December and 10-20 hours per week during the tax season (January-April).
