Gender and Inclusion Champion Volunteer
Stop Child Abuse (SCA) is seeking a passionate Gender and Inclusion Champion Volunteer to enhance our efforts in the Kakuma and Kalobeyei Refugee Camps.
This vital role focuses on promoting gender equity and inclusive practices within our programs aimed at protecting vulnerable children.
As a Gender and Inclusion Champion, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies that ensure all children, regardless of gender or background, have equal access to resources and opportunities. Your expertise will help us create an inclusive environment that empowers every child and supports their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess current programs and practices to identify areas for improvement in gender and inclusion.
- Develop training materials and workshops to raise awareness about gender issues and promote inclusive practices among staff and volunteers.
- Collaborate with local stakeholders to ensure that our initiatives reflect the diverse needs of the community.

Our mission is to advocate for the protection of children's rights and ensure that every child has the opportunity to thrive. Our outreach programs aim to empower children, families, and communities with the knowledge and resources they need to protect themselves and each other.
Description
Stop Child Abuse (SCA) is a nonprofit organization committed to advocating for the rights and well-being of children at risk of abuse and neglect. Founded in 2016, SCA emerged from a deep concern for the growing incidence of child abuse in our communities.

Since our inception, SCA has evolved into a leading voice for child protection. We began with grassroots efforts to raise awareness and have since expanded our reach through partnerships with local organizations, schools, and government agencies.
