Position Summary: The Program Leader for Precious Pairs Inc. will play a pivotal role in overseeing and implementing our youth programs. This individual will be responsible for managing program activities, coordinating with volunteers, and ensuring that our initiatives are effectively executed to meet the organization's goals. The ideal candidate is a passionate, organized, and motivated leader who excels in a collaborative environment and is committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of young people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned programs, ensuring all activities are executed according to the program plan and timeline.
• Volunteer Coordination: Recruit, train, and manage volunteers, fostering a positive and supportive environment for all participants.
• Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the Program Director to develop and refine program curriculum, ensuring it aligns with Precious Pairs Inc.’s mission and objectives.
• Event Planning and Execution: Plan and coordinate program-related events, workshops, and activities, ensuring they are engaging, educational, and impactful.
• Participant Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for program participants, providing guidance, support, and encouragement throughout their involvement in the program.
• Monitoring and Evaluation: Track program progress, collect and analyze data, and provide regular reports on program outcomes to the Program Director.
• Partnership Development: Establish and maintain relationships with community partners, schools, and other organizations to support program growth and sustainability.
• Budget Management: Assist in managing program budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
• Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including participants, volunteers, staff, and community partners.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all program activities comply with organizational policies, legal regulations, and safety standards.
