As a Confidence Coach for Village Against Violence, you will play a pivotal role in empowering young girls by fostering self-esteem, personal growth, and leadership skills. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and leading confidence-building workshops, providing one-on-one mentoring, and serving as a positive role model.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct Confidence-Building Workshops:
    • Develop and facilitate engaging workshops on topics such as self-esteem, public speaking, goal-setting, and resilience.
    • Use interactive activities and exercises to help participants discover and strengthen their personal confidence.
  2. Provide One-on-One Mentoring:
    • Offer personalized guidance and support through individual mentoring sessions.
    • Assist mentees in setting and achieving personal goals, addressing specific challenges, and building their self-confidence.
  3. Role Model Positive Behavior:
    • Demonstrate confidence, resilience, and positive behavior in all interactions.
    • Share personal experiences and success stories to inspire and motivate the girls.
