At our Brooklyn campus, we’re looking for a Teen Coordinator to help guide and support our youth as they navigate their personal and spiritual journeys.

About the Role:

As a Teen Coordinator, you'll help create a welcoming and supportive environment for teenagers, assisting them in their growth. This role involves leading and engaging with teens through various ministry activities and events.

What You’ll Do:

• Support and guide teen ministry activities.

• Recruit and train volunteers to assist with the ministry.

• Plan and coordinate events like retreats, service projects, and youth gatherings.

• Build relationships with teens and their families.

• Help foster spiritual growth through small groups and discussions.

What You’ll Need:

• A passion for working with young people and making a positive impact.

• Experience working with teens in any capacity is helpful.

• Good communication skills for interacting with teens, volunteers, and families.

• Basic organizational skills to manage activities and events.

• Alignment with the church’s mission and values.

Schedule:

• Sundays: 11:30am - 3:00pm (2 Sundays per month onsite), 4 flexible hours during the week/ flex
