LRNow is working together with EQUI-KIDS staff volunteers to plant and stake 25 large trees to reforest unused pasture on their property. We are looking for 10 additional volunteers to help out with the tree planting.
Date: Friday, September 20
Time: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Location: EQUI-KIDS, 2626 Heritage Park Dr, Virginia Beach, VA 23456
Notes:
- Please wear closed toe shoes that you don’t mind getting dirty or wet, such as old sneakers or boots, no crocs or sandals
- A hat and sunscreen are recommended and a reusable water bottle (we will have extra water there)
- Gloves will also be provided but if you have a pair you prefer feel free to bring those
