Come and join Gentiva hospice Volunteer team. The Volunteer are proud and prodcutive memebers who offer their skills to patients and their families. Volunteers can offer any skill singing playing music, pet therapy or socializing with them. Offering compassion, emotional support or listening to their favorite memories. You may provide a hour or two a week or monthly depending on your schedule.
Training is completed remotely application background check and drug testing. Volunteer coordinator will assist with the process.

Hospice certainly has been around since medieval times At that time it was a place to rest and for weary travelers to provide respite. Hospice nows go into the homes and provide a great team to provide the asisstance and care that is needed.
