Do you enjoy helping others and making a difference in your community? We’re looking for a dedicated volunteer to assist with answering phones and providing support to our community members.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage phone calls and listen to voicemails
- Provide information and assistance to callers
- Direct calls to appropriate team members when necessary
Requirements:
- English speaking (if you know any spanish, great but not required)
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly, patient, and willing to help
- Commitment of 3 months or more
Shifts are Available Monday-Wednesday 9 am-12 pm or 1-3 pm
*Community Service is not elligible for this role*

Description
The Salvation Army offers social services and recreational programs with the goal of addressing specific physical, emotional, spiritual, and social needs of each family, individual, child/youth, or elderly person. Services provided include, but not limited to: emergency food shelves, school supply programs, rental/utility assistance, educational programs, outreach to the homeless, family and youth camping, community center programs, Christmas assistance programs, nursing home visitations, corrections programs, and disaster services.
