Responsibilities:
Verify, investigate, and audit processes of the mentorship program and its conformance to QA standards and procedures.
Design, create, and establish a QA control checklist.
Assist and support team members in conducting QA audits and inspections.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Business Management, Quality Management, or a related field
Previous experience with quality control standards
Excellent analytical skills and attention to details to accurately monitor systems and examine large volumes of data.
Computer literacy skills in Google Workspace and database softwares
