This volunteer position offers a unique opportunity to utilize your skills and contribute to making a significant impact on individuals' lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Verify, investigate, and audit processes of the mentorship program and its conformance to QA standards and procedures.

  • Design, create, and establish a QA control checklist.

  • Assist and support team members in conducting QA audits and inspections.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Management, Quality Management, or a related field

  • Previous experience with quality control standards

  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to details to accurately monitor systems and examine large volumes of data.

  • Computer literacy skills in Google Workspace and database softwares
