Catholic Charities' Housing Support Services is throwing a Back to School Bash for young learners! Housing Support Services serves the Highbridge Community in The Bronx. They offer multiple social services on a case by case basis.

We are in need of volunteers to assist in making this celebration run smoothly for the students and their families.

As a volunteer, you will:

  • Assist with setup and break down of tables and chairs
  • Distribute backpacks and other back-to-school goods
  • Serve food to guests

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Friendly, energetic, and motivated to help wherever needed
  • Able to follow directives for Catholic Charities Staff
  • Comfortable with being outside rain or shine
