The Dunes Arts Foundation is looking for volunteers! We are in need of eager people willing to serve on any of our committees. Some specific areas include:

Fundraising - grant writing, sponsorship, and ad procurement

Production: Building sets - carpentry, painting

Front of house: Ushers for shows - help with box office and concessions

Administration: Assist with office management: data entry, filing, organizing our archive.

The mission of the Dunes Arts Foundation is to entertain and inspire our community through high quality performances and programs.

Description

The Dunes Arts Foundation, which operates Dunes Summer Theatre and Youth Education Programs, was incorporated in the State of Indiana in 1951. The theatre is located at 288 Shady Oak Drive in LaPorte County, nestled on a scenic wooded site, about a half mile from the Indiana Dunes and the Lake Michigan shore. The theatre campus has 8 cabins for summer actors and interns. Dunes Summer Theatre has been revitalized with much needed structural and grounds improvements in an effort to bring patrons a quality and comfortable experience. More at www.dunesARTS.org
