At In Step With Horses our horses need to be taken care of no matter what is going on in the world. Our barn staff works tirelessly to keep our animals healthy and safe. We would love to give staff a break on the holidays! This would include:
- cleaning stalls
- filling water buckets
- sweeping
- feeding grain and hay

In Step With Horses provides a safe place for people to rebalance their mental health through a connection with animals and nature.
Description
In Step With Horses supports positive mental health for adolescents and adults by connecting them to licensed mental health professionals, animals and nature. When talk therapy is not enough, we offer a range of experiential therapies to support our clients' goals. Many clients have experienced trauma, grief and the challenge of chronic mental illness. We support many areas of emotional health including PTSD, anxiety, depression, social isolation, interpersonal violence and substance use disorder through equine (horse) assisted and experiential therapy and activities.
