ORGANIZATION: Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York

Catholic Charities Community Services' Feeding Our Neighbors program are hosting pop up food distribution sites to help clients in needs. This program is responding to communities in particular need. Please consider helping at one of our pop up sites to ensure that they are able to serve as many clients as possible!

*Please see below for dates and locations!

As a volunteer, you will:

  • Distribute food to clients
  • Register clients so they can receive items
  • Assist with line control and flow
  • Be a friendly face, ready and willing to help
Qualifications/Skills:
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Feel comfortable lifting boxes and bags, constant movement
  • Enthusiastically interacting with clients
Schedule: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
