Senior Companion Program

Save to Favorites

ORGANIZATION: Community Action Partnership of North Alabama

Would you like to earn extra income, serve the community, and enrich your life all at the same time? The Senior Companion Program could be just what you need! Senior Companions are volunteers that are 55 and older and help other seniors that are frail, disabled, or homebound to be able to age in their homes as long as possible and as safely as possible. You could help with activities of daily life, take them to run errands, and most importantly provide them with companionship! The Senior Companion Program is for you if you would like to:

  • Supplement your income without affecting your social security earnings
  • Provide critical services to senior members of your community
  • Engage in high-quality experiences that will enrich your life
