We invite you to join our volunteer program dedicated to empowering young minds through teaching and mentorship. This program focuses on providing educational support in English, Math, Science, and various extracurricular activities to underprivileged students.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Teaching Core Subjects: Volunteers will teach English, Math, and Science to students from elementary to junior high school levels. Lessons will be designed to strengthen students' foundational knowledge and critical thinking skills.
- Extracurricular Activities: In addition to academics, volunteers will organize and lead extracurricular activities such as arts, sports, music, and drama. These activities aim to foster creativity, teamwork, and self-confidence among the students.
- Mentorship: Volunteers will serve as role models, offering guidance, motivation, and emotional support to the students. Through one-on-one interactions, you will help them navigate academic challenges and inspire them to reach their full potential.
Requirements:
- A passion for teaching and working with children.
- Proficiency in English and a solid understanding of Math and Science concepts.
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience is an asset, but not required.
- Creativity and enthusiasm in leading extracurricular activities.
- A commitment to volunteering a minimum of 4 hours per week for at least 3 months.
