Description of Duties : Welcomes, greets and directs participants and guests to the appropriate department. Provides basic and accurate information in-person, and via phone/email. Maintain the Welcome Desk clean and organized with up-to-date information and flyers. Provides administrative support to all programs as needed including return or forwarding calls, participant registration and special projects as needed.
Impact : The Welcome Desk Representative plays an important role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for all staff, participants and visitors that come to MEND.
Specific Responsibilities : Welcome Desk Representative will assist in answering/ returning calls, replying to emails in a timely manner. Assisting staff in making reminder calls to participants when needed. Provide accurate information and connections to participants when asked.
Skills/Experience/Resources/Certifications Needed : minimum 1 year of customer service, multi-line phone experience, must be reliable and have a good problem-solving ability.
Dress Code: Business Casual.
