Role Overview:

The Community Engagement Specialist is tasked with building and nurturing relationships between FutureTech Foundation and the communities it serves. This role involves understanding community needs, fostering collaboration, and ensuring that the foundation's initiatives are inclusive and impactful. The Community Engagement Specialist works closely with community leaders, organizations, and residents to promote the foundation’s mission and ensure that programs are tailored to the needs of the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and build relationships with key community stakeholders, including local organizations, leaders, and residents.

Assess community needs and develop strategies to address them through FutureTech Foundation’s programs.

Plan and execute community outreach events, workshops, and forums to engage with the public and gather feedback.

Act as a liaison between the foundation and the community, ensuring open communication and collaboration.

Develop and implement strategies to increase community participation in the foundation’s initiatives.Track and report on community engagement activities, outcomes, and impact.

Work with the marketing team to promote community-related initiatives and events.

Qualifications:

Experience in community organizing, public relations, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively with diverse communities and adapt to different cultural contexts.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
