Position Summary:
The E-Learning Video Editor is responsible for reviewing and refining audio and visual materials into well-crafted, engaging videos that improve the learning experience for external and internal users. This position entails not only the editing of raw footage but also the incorporation of graphics, sound, and interactive components to produce captivating educational content.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience with producing and editing E-learning videos
- Understanding instructional design principles and the best practices in E-learning
- Experience in digital technology and various editing software applications, especially Wordpress LMS options
- Ability to grasp the intended results of a project during team meetings and correspondence, along with the capability to actualize those outcomes, accurately
Duties:
- Incorporating sound to improve footage, which may include selecting music, writing voice-overs, adding different voices, etc.
- Improving and adjusting lighting, color, sound and any problematic footage
- Working closely with the Executive Director and team members to present a final product that matches the organization's vision
- Confirm that the final videos are formatted and presented according to the requirements

Mission Addiction was founded by a business consultant and faith leader in January, 2017.
- Everything we do is offered in person and online.
- We've had the pleasure of working with participants and volunteers in 28 states, 3 other countries and 9 time zones.
We serve:
- Hurting Individuals (16+)
- Struggling Couples
- Strained Families
- People in recovery from addiction to sin, behavior or substance
- Anyone looking to improve their life and grow in faith!
