As a mentor, you will serve as a positive role model, offering support, encouragement, and advice to help mentees navigate challenges, build self-confidence, and develop essential life skills. You will engage with mentees through one-on-one sessions, group activities, workshops, and community events, fostering an environment of trust, respect, and growth. Mentors are expected to be committed, reliable, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of young men, helping them realize their full potential and prepare for success in post-secondary life and beyond.
